Ship it or check some bags or a combo of what to buy and what to ship would be my suggestion.
We've shipped our wake and surf boards before flying to meet friends for a boat vacation. Light weight and 1 box.
With 50lbs for somewhere between free and $30 for checked bags, that's what I'd consider doing.
That's the tough part of Rv rental. You either have to buy or rent a bunch of ..... And then you still only have the basics. Couple hundred bucks of shipping or checked bags seems like the best option actually.
Do you happen to know anyone in that area or maybe someone on here could set you up with some of the stuff? Thinking bigger stuff like lantern, BBQ, axe, saw and camp stove etc.
idk how I'd go camping without all that stuff.
Fishing gear, binocular, etc, I'd bring with.
