Dog owners are good about picking up poop, but nobody cleans up urine, and if enough dogs have been in a park for enough time, it will start to smell and kills the grass.
How can you clean up urine? We've never experienced any urine soaked areas, and we don't let our dog "go" on any site, including our own. Have to agree about the noise, have rarely heard troublesome barking. More campers have dogs than don't, so most are courteous in our experience.
