Don't buy-in to Keystone's rubber roof warranty. Most sales rep's will tout the keystone 10-12 year rubber roof warranty.
The warranty is actually from the material manufacturer and only covers defects of the rubber, not poor adhesives or poor workmanship.
As you are
fully aware Keystone, nor any other recreational vehicle manufacturer, offers a
"10 - 12 year rubber roof warranty". That warranty is provided by the membrane manufacturer itself, which in most cases is likely Alpha Systems, and NOT the trailer manufacturer and covers just defects in manufacturing of the membrane itself and not subsequent installation. You knew full well (or should have) that the purchase of your new fifth included warranty from the rig manufacturer itself, in this case Keystone and likely one year. If you didn't understand the terms of that warranty that failure is yours, not Keystone's, regardless of what any salesperson may have told you ... of course you would be denied coverage after 5 yrs. If there's any lesson to be learned here it's to read and fully understand the terms of any warranty coverage you
think you may have. :R
