We are kind of talking apples and oranges here.
In order for a "used" unit to be attractive, it must be old enough so that you can pay cash instead of taking out a loan....probably....but not SO old that it is a big pain in the backside.
There IS a sweet spot for many buyers.
But it depends on your priorities and your situation.
One size does not fit all and no situation is "wrong".
Well.....maybe if you are already overwhelmed in debt and are just piling on more and more...............
