As some anecdotal evidence, I have a detached garage that I park my TV in. My fiver is a '04 Carriage 30RLS. I enough room to back the fiver around my work shop and would be able to back it into the parking garage. If the garage was tall enough.
In terms of driveway, I have about 45-50ft in front and about 60ft wide. I don't have enough room to turn around but can back into the area. But I live in rural community and have room, as drmopar has said check local codes for any restrictions you may have. Look at max area allowed for your garage, distance from property lines, as well as max height restrictions.
