Something else to consider is the clear height inside the garage. It's helpful to be able to stand up on the roof for maintenance etc. My MH is 12'-6" high with roof antennas etc. I'd put in a 14' high door for that height. Do you plan to pull in forward or backward, tail-swing can cut quite a swath in your turning radius and approach. Can you allow for a hammerhead approach to ease your entry/exit?
I have designed many RV garages over the years. Let us know what you are considering for your RV so we can provide some useful dimensions. My 35' Class A has a much tighter turning radius that my former 28' Class C.
