Driving from Columbus, Ohio to Yellowstone

Hello

In 5 weeks my family and I will be going to Yellowstone. I have pulled our travel trailer to Key Largo before with no problems but I was wondering if you guys might think of something that I have not planned for. I have a generator that powers the whole RV, I am putting all new fluids in the truck, I just greased the bearings, and I have three 6 gallon water jugs to refill the fresh water tank in case the hose does not reach. I have driven in the Rockies but never with a trailer behind me.

Thanks for the help

Ian

I would just hitch up and go. We pull from southern Indiana to Montana all the time and we even pulled a tt from Rapid City to Yellowstone in'82 over the Bear Tooth Hwy. We have never had a problem with hose length with either our tt of our current 5er. Enjoy the trip.
