You grab glove near wrist and pull off, turning it inside out as it comes off, repeat for other hand. You don't have to touch bare skin and they come right off. I never worried about it, but my wife was concerned. So it is her job to make sure I have a pair of gloves and plastic bag to dispose of them in along with a couple clean paper towels. After I remove the gloves, I use hand sanitizer and then the paper towels, put gloves and paper towels in the recycled plastic bag and dispose of.... it is painless and cheap, everyone is happy.
