Exactly! basically common sense comes into play, keep your hoses neat and clean, your cap in place and your valves working as designed and you don`t need gloves.
Yup your stuff might be clean, but the reality check of it all it's what we all must come in contact with every day while dumping. Like the dump station and dump hookups at the site that are most certainly NOT!
In all serious I don't think it's over thinking germs at all. Hep B is at an all time high. I don't have the time to come in contact with that to interfer with my RV'ing. :W
