Dump Gloves

I'm searching for a good solution for gloves when handling the sanitation part of RVing. I've purchased disposable nitril gloves at a pharmacy, and they got ripped so easily that it wasn't worth bothering. I've read reviews for some gloves marketed as "Dump Gloves" but they sound very flimsy too.

I'm curious what's worked well for others.
