The very first time I dumped, the slippery slinky slipped off its fitting attached to the RV and ran into the hole at amazing speed. It happened again this week, 4 years later. What an embarrassing ...

I think the "key" was "slippery slinky"...my guess is he has the front end attached to the coach properly but the slinky just pushed onto the hard plastic..or he could be using one of those hose clamps that get a half twist to secure it. After 4 years, that hose clamp is weak so the when the slinky gets that first whooosh of liquid it's ripped from the hard plastic end and off it goes.
The funny part would be watching the OP running after the open end, trying to catch it, with sewage flying everywhere.....Laurel and Hardy come to mind......:B:B:B.....Dennis
