You might also want to consider the new rigs built on the Ford Transit. Thor has their new Compass and Gemini Class B+ units that are 23"6' in length but offers 1000 lb greater GVWR than the Promaster chassis, comes as a diesel unit, and has been listed by at least one dealer for ~$77K. They've been recently showing these units at the Tampa and Pomona RV shows and have detailed specs on their website.
The other manufacturer is Coachmen with their new Freelander 20CB unit built on the Transit. I've heard they've shown up at Pomona but their website only shows a floorplan diagram and lacks any specific details as of today.
