Print out this form, fill it out and send it in with a copy of your registration to get a motorhome tag that qualifies you for the NYS Thruway motorhome plan. You'll be charged the same per axle rate as passenger cars on the NYS Thruway. Other states don't all extend any discount for it, but a couple of them seem to. I haven't had any problems with the toad tag tucked away in the mylar bag in the glove box, but you could also wrap it in aluminum foil for more shielding.
