Tyler State Park
Whispering Pines - a Jellystone park - Lindale off TX 16 east of TX 14
Antique Capital RV - Gladewater on the southeast loop
Those are some I've stayed at are very nice. The state park does have a per person daily admission fee. If you have a Texas State Parks pass the price is very good.
Otherwise it is on par with commercial parks.
