Essex loan issues?

Hi. I was looking around for financing, and Essex seemed to have the best rates and terms. However, I saw some bad reviews on Essex. Has anyone financed through them? Would love to get some feedback about them...especially if you have had experience with them.

If anyone knows of a better loan company, would like info on that as well.

I cannot use a credit union, because we are in a county that none of the nearest CUs service.
