Etiquette on contacting past owner of your new RV

Well, the paperwork is there, and we'd love to call them. Is that a "no-no?" Of course we would be friendly and tactful, but just wondering how the Dealers feel about that... as well as how well rece...

Assuming the sale has been complete, why not. We sold a boat & the new owners became the best of boating friends for many years. Bought our truck & trailer direct from previous owner & they kept an eye on them while in winter storage for 6 months. We were thousands of miles away. Kept in contact with them for a few years afterward.
