Etiquette on contacting past owner of your new RV

Well, the paperwork is there, and we'd love to call them. Is that a "no-no?" Of course we would be friendly and tactful, but just wondering how the Dealers feel about that... as well as how well rece...

I have to side with Francesca on this one. I don't see any issue with calling the dealer and having them ask the former owners if being contacted is an issue. I consider that respecting the other person's privacy. There should not be ANY identification given to the new owner regarding the previous owner.
