First, I would do as the others have suggested and get medical advise from someone other than folks on a forum. Then I would check into a motel for the night and see if that doesn't help. If it does, you know its something in the rig. Do you have a carbon monoxide detector and does it work. Second, is it a brand new rig as it might be akin to Sick Building sickness and your allergic to the various chemicals they use like formaldehyde. Is it an older rig? Then I would check for carbon monoxide or mold. Mold can be really hard to find so your going to have to get the bleach bottle out and start around the plumbing but continue around the windows and vents. Keep us informed as its a crappy way to start an adventure.
Edit: I see that its used so never mind the new part BUT if you had any new furniture added, or any work done. Check the mattress for mold also and get a new one. Amazon has them for a few hundred dollars.
Are you using the generator? Could gases be getting in from it? I hope your not using the generator at night when you go to bed, but I see your new to this forum and possibly new to RVing and might not know, we don't use the generator while sleeping.
