Doctors are not normally educated on environmental toxins like new carpet or carbon monoxide, although a smart doc might be able to help you do basic troubleshooting.
If it's only been a few days, consider food poisoning. How warm does your fridge get?
Also, how are you feeling emotionally? Could these symptoms be a reaction to the stress of change, even if you are happy to be fulltiming?
