Sounds like Carbon Monoxide poisoning.
Are you running any propane powered heaters? Are you parked next to someone with anything burning fuel?
It can feel like severe flu symptoms and if you are nearest a window exposed to it you may be the only one. Our Hot Water Heater is near a bedroom window and we keep the propane off at night or until needed.
