1. Turn shore water off if you are going to be gone from rv site.
2. Let black tank get about 3/4 full and then empty. Turn on your black tank flush if you have one.
After emptying the black, close the dump valve and fill the black tank up about 1/4 and then empty again to make sure you have discharged completely. Buy a clear sewer attachment that connects to your trailer so you can visually see if your tank is empty.
3. Some times I will pour 2 or 3 gallons of water into the toilet while I am dumping the black tank.
4. "Power Surge" is a must to protect all your electrical devices and appliances. RV Parks are not all equal with their electrical systems being up to date and in good shape.:(
