Agreeing with Queens Carriage, Coleman Road Trip series is the bottom of the barrel for uneven heating and cheesy quality construction. We use several, but for camping a Weber Portable tabletop gas grill. We get the same smoky flavor because we take a small Ziploc of apple or cherry chunks. Unlike our Smoky Joe, we don't need to carry charcoal or lighting fluid/chimney to get it going, and sometimes it's damp out in our mountains and a bugger to get the 'Joe going. We're on our 2nd Weber Gas Tabletop, but it will be replaced with the 'Benz of gas grills, the Weber Q120 (like the 100 but with fold-out tables. Even cooking and high-end quality construction. For brazing at home we use a Lao Bucket Stove with charcoal, a Meco electric smoker for the big cuts and a Char Broil Tru-Infrared (CU rated #1) for general home gas grilling.
