First time buyer, I need some help in choosing!

I have not driven a Class A. We have a Class C. But my boss has had both. He had a 30' Class A, a 35' Class A and now a 33' Class C. His words last week to me is that the Class C he has now is much better and easier to drive than the Class A's he had. The Class A's were a Thor ACE and a Itasca Sunstar. He now has a Winnebago. I believe the A's were both 2012 models and the Class C is a 2014 model I believe.
