I know this is probably not what you want to hear, but I would also consider a TT or a 5th wheel. I had a class C and used it for a few years and it was a pain when I wanted to go somewhere. Unhooking and disconnecting everything is a real downer. TRUST me, you will be wanting to go places late at night or when it is raining and a bike just won't do. Plus your fuel costs wont be quite as bad either. You can get a small(ish) TT or 5th wheel with a slide and be plenty happy. The floor plans are plentiful as well.
