Looking at the OPs previous posts, I deduce that he has a Class C, as he mentions riding in the Cab-Over and using Cruise Control.
Personally I would not spend even one night in Colorado right now without winterizing. It has only been above freezing here a four or five times during the day since well before Christmas and I still have around 6" of snow covering my 5 acres, that has been there since early December - and I am not even in the mountains.
With no propane heater and only a plug in, you would need to run a generator or camp at somewhere with electric hookups. Even then, heating the inside of the RV doesn't guarantee that pipes and tanks under the unit won't freeze.
