First time traveling through Colorado and freezing temps

Alrighty then, how do I dump the fresh water tank?? And how do I dump the water heater tank? Like I've said I do not run the water heater as I don't have propane although I'm sure there might be water in it. It's a 98 ford chassis Shasta Cheyenne 31ft. Never had to do this so I don't know where to start. Pulling into the rv park now, all I have is a sewage hose to work with.
