First time traveling through Colorado and freezing temps

So we're from Florida and passing through Colorado to get to Wyoming for a winter vacation, I've been told that the roads might be bad in Colorado and covered in ice/snow? Does anyone here have any ex...

Also, the black tank is super low as is the grey tank. The only tank that really has anything in it is the fresh water tank which is inside the rv under the bed.. What am I chancing just leaving everything as is?
