A few years ago a guy was putting up a flagpole at Dover Downs in the camping area. Although he didn't touch the high tension lines, they pulled an arc and fried the guy and injured some others. Sometimes a restriction is for a valid reason, especially when others don't think before they act. I knew the EMS techs that responded to that one. Not pretty!
