Ok, we are brand new to the RV world, and camping. How do you plan your food purchases, how much, dos and don'ts. I guess frozen is out of the question since we can't travel with refrigerator on.
We always travel with the fridge on. I don't know who told you that you couldn't but they are wrong.
I am on vacation when travelling... so I cook up a bunch of stuff for simple meals at home, freeze it, and take it along. If there's not enough space in the freezer I use an extra cooler. Things like spaghetti sauce, soups & stews, casseroles that freeze well. Less cooking and cleanup on vacation!
