We're new to the TT world, having spent the last 16 years enjoying popup camping. With all our new possibilities come some new questions. Here's one: now that we CAN keep things stored in the camp...
We don't keep any food in the trailer between trips. The fridge is emptied, propped open and turned off. Every cabinet is emptied of food. The only thing that lives in the rig during the non-freezing months is bottled water. We have a plastic tote that houses the staples which routinely go with us (chips, mac n' cheese, oatmeal, coffee, spices, mixers, etc.).
