I'd date everything non-perishable and use in your home or replace when it starts expiring.
I'd never keep spices in the RV unused. Keep them in a small container and bring them in to use in your home inbetween trips. They definitely don't like warmth. Spices take a long time to use up. Fresh ones add better flavor to cooking.
You also need to take into account the temperature inside your stored RV. Heat is not good from anything, including canned goods. Also, the same goes for freezing temperatures. Only you can judge on temperatures where it will be stored.
If you store, don't keep anything in bags or boxes. Transfer them to plastic containers although mice will eat through them, also, if hungry enough or if it smells really good. :)
