It also depends if it's plugged in all the time or left to get very hot inside.. or very cold inside.
It also depends how long you're going to let it sit before using it again.
Basically, if it's plugged in and sits for a month it's no different than being in a RV park. However, if it's not plugged in and sits for 3 months or so, then bring the food inside.
