yup. bleach from the store is normally about 2%. this is 0.2-0.4% bleach. basically bleach deluted about 5:1. So dilute some bleach 5:1 and you have it. now diluted it is easier to measure and dispense a small amount.
Or buy a bottle, when empty, fill it with diluted bleach.
