Fridge on propane while driving
I have read opposing opinions on this. Should I just run the generator to power the refer or is it okay to utilize it on propane while driving down the road?

You need to do what is right for you. I leave it on due to the very low risk of a propane issue when driving, some turn it off.
For me the much higher risk is other drivers like the driver 2 days ago that cut 3' in front of me at 60 MPH.
