Op here...Thanks again for all the suggestions. Today I drove to Home Depot with my fridge racks (to size properly) and picked up a roll of 5/16 vinyl tubing for $2.98. Got back to RV and pulled all the racks and put the tubing on them. Surprise, racks would not go all the way back in. My fridge is just a little bit wider in front than the rear at every rack groove maybe by 5 mm. So only put tubing on front of rack. Now the real test. Going to see if the racks will stay put and wondering if fridge is made wider in front for a reason. Got finished and wife asks "will the tubing put to much pressure and break the plastic sides inside of fridge?"
WA state is not known for its roads by any means, but twice now the racks have fallen down is when we were in California and on I-5. Once little bit south of Sacramento and last time was in LA on I-5 where they have it whittled down to 3 lanes for construction before downtown. Very rough roads you folks have in some parts CA. But on the positive side, the dump station just north of Gorman (north bound) has just been redone and is great.
