Norcold 821, twice now the refrigerator shelve has fallen out of the grooves that hold it in place. Maybe fridge is made just a millimeter to big or shelve a millimeter to narrow? But I do know that...

No, didn't try reversing. Never thought about it.
You bring up a good point. If vinyl tubing that is installed now doesn't work I'll try reversing.
