Norcold 821, twice now the refrigerator shelve has fallen out of the grooves that hold it in place. Maybe fridge is made just a millimeter to big or shelve a millimeter to narrow? But I do know that...

I wonder if you phoned Norcold if they would be of any help? We have a Norcold 811. The glass shelf just broke because the door flew open then slammed back against the shelf while travelling. I guess someone didn't close it properly. :M Nice fridge otherwise... :)
