Thanks for the opinions so far. So it sounds like some of you are confirming that the white fiberglass does help the TH stay cooler in the sun than dark paint would.
Are there any other functional differences besides looks? For example I've heard that mold/mildew can be a problem with plain fiberglass (like a boat) but maybe full-body paint would help prevent mold/mildew? Is that true, or just a rumor? I am wanting to keep the TH "forever" (as long as it stays livable/usable), so if there are any functional benefits to full-body paint that would help the life/maintenance of the TH last longer (non-cosmetic) then that would be the only reason I would think it'd be worth it.
