I called and reported a drunk driver. It took the cops a good 20-25 minutes to find him and it was only because I offered to stay on the phone with dispatch and stay a safe distance away while reporting my location regularly.
He ultimately wrecked shortly after the cop showed up when he tried to take a sudden exit.
