When I rode a motorcycle I tried to get the attention to a guy in a MH since his bay door was unlatched. Honked several times. Pointed behind me. Couldn't get him to look at me. Gave up took off.
TV antennas I don't know if we have had any luck with RVers. Although most of them are ones we meet on a two lane road. Have clicked the headlights at them and pointed up.
Now the air horn on my truck worked on a guy pulling a 5th wheel trailer. He had a generator and extension cord on the back of the trailer. About 25 foot of the cord was on the ground behind the trailer. Every single car and pickup truck driver ignored it and went on by. It was on three lanes of traffic on the interstate around some city. I got up along side pulled over so I took up two lanes and hit the air horn. He looked over and I used my thumb to point behind me. It worked.
