Do something then. Call the police dept. and ask two questions.
1. What they think about the idea of shining a flashlight, with or without the strobe, into a truck pulling a camper going down the highway.
2. If they would rather get a call to 911 before an emergency happens and having a chance to avoid one, or just waiting till an accident happens and then responding. Please let us know their response!
911 is a universal number. I would guess that 99.9% of drivers do not know the non-emergency number to the p.d. in the town they are driving through.
