This started with someone bragging about a strobe light.
"Bragging" aND "strobe" implies obnoxious, distracting, and it sure wouldn't convey that you have something wrong.
Whatever it takes?...ok, pull in front of them and start swerving, blocking the road and stop...that will work well...:E
