golf cart
Wanted to install a lighter in my golf cart. But, The battery's in it are 8 volt. Can some tell me how to get 12 volts out of this ?

I believe you mean they are 6V batteries. It is very easy to do. Their should be a harness somewhere behind the dash. This will have a bunch of different connections for options like radios, horns and lights. Some had the accessory outlet as an option, you could tap into one of those as long as the wire is large enough.
