Effy, many places purposefully letting grey water drip on the ground will cause you to get asked to leave in no uncertain terms... and possibly fined a fair amount.
I am able to dump grey water on our family farm, but we have 150 acres including many acres of trees that appreciate the water. This is a very rural county, and I run the water out into the middle of the planted trees. Don't let it drip where I am staying.
