We'll not even travel through those states with the motorhome... just imagine a traffic stop, accident, checkpoint, etc., while there is a firearm in the RV. When they check your license, the records cross check will show that you have a weapons permit, that's when the drama will start.

Occasionally, NYC, wants to be it's own country but it's still not it's own state. Just saying in a geographical snicker moment that upstaters will appreciate.
