First thing I look at is "Tires". Are they American or Chinese, etc.--cracked, scuffed, worn, older, etc. Have you been on the roof? Look at exterior seals. What make, model and length is it-$30,000 seems to be a lot of money for a used Trlr--what was the retail price on the unit, with the added equipment? Good Luck, Lars
