Is that trailer capable of full time living? Yea, I know all RVs use the same basic components, bla bla bla. Look at insulation, fit and finish really close. Glitz and glitter wear off really fast at the first problem. If your going full time you want first livability, then space for alone time, then storage, then permanant sleeping accomodations for everyone. Take the whole family with you, get rid of the salesman and play house for a half hour or so. That will show up really fast what will and will not work for your situation.
