Find a certified inspector and have an independent inspection done. Use the list of things found to drive the price down. You will save more than the cost of the inspection. NRVIA.org has a list of certified inspectors.
Going onto RVT and RVTrader is fine, but the prices there are about 20 percent high. Craigslist is a better indicator of realistic prices. Use the search all Craigs List website.
