Not that hard and takes just a little time actually.
Besides looking for staining or buckling, what would we look for? We didn’t see either of those issues and my wife didn’t get the allergic reaction she gets to mold. Everything was in like-new condition. I didn’t crawl underneath and would do so before purchasing, but nothing was obvious.
