It's evident the OP has no idea so it's no wonder the system he's trying to design to power this A/C doesn't work. We've offered him a solution which is designed to specifically address this issue of high A/C compressor start up current demand but he's balked at the cost - his choice of course but one can't design a solution without understanding the problem.
